The night shift today was great to work with. They are always friendly and engaging when we order our regular favorites. I wish more more service based locations in Augusta had this type of support. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Whenever I come to pick up a mobile order from this store I end up waiting almost 10 minutes for them to complete the order. After waiting about 10 minutes before coming inside to pick up the order, I come inside and all three workers are just standing around. There were no other customers inside or at the drive-thru, yet I still had to wait another 10 minutes for the employee to pick up the already printed receipt and take his sweet time to make a one item order.

Rude employees. None of them greeted me or wanted to take my order. All they wanted to do was giggle and talk crap.

I go here at least once a day. It's coupled with a Dunkins. They have the best ice cream and so many flavors. They located in a very convenient spot right on Washington Rd. Even tho the traffic may get busy the red light gives you easy in and out. They have a fast drive thru so your wait is minimal. The staff is very friendly and extreamly efficient. The restaurant itself is nice and clean and windows everywhere so you don't feel boxed in. They have a nice relaxing lounge area where you can enjoy your treats in satisfaction. Overall I really love this place and would definitely recommend you visit.

Waited a good 5-7 minutes before even being acknowledged. Seems like the staff is poorly trained, or just not following safe standards. Had to ask person making our ice cream treat to change his gloves (he put them on before he even took our order and was touching his head set, the POS screen/surroundings and even his face while taking our order. He didn’t bother to wash his hands between changing his gloves, nor did he wash them prior to putting them on in the first place. There was also a bottle of cleaning spray on the counter near/where food is being stored/prepared (that was set down by another employee, while our food was being made) and nobody made an effort to move it, even the woman who looked to be the manager, who was not attentive to anyone but herself, bothered to move it the entire time our food was being made and she was near it or right in front of it numerous times. The Employee who helped us (Johnny) was very kind and professional, he seemed very young and did state he had only been working there for around one month, so I’m assuming that would be why he was not aware of proper use/wearing of gloves and food safety rules/regulations, I think he just needs more tra
